All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Absolutely. Your order will arrive carefully wrapped in protective, eco-conscious packaging - safe for your pieces and kind to the Earth.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Q: Will the plants survive shipping?
Yes! Each plant is prepped and packed with care to ensure it arrives healthy and happy. Occasionally, some leaf bruising can occur, but with a little TLC, your plant will bounce back quickly.
Q: Can I request a custom piece or planter?

Q: Do the crystal planters come with care instructions?
They sure do. Each planter comes with a simple care guide to help your succulent thrive and your space stay stunning.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives safely, but if something does break in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll sort it out.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the products, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if there's an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Q: How do I cleanse or charge my crystals?
You can cleanse your crystals by placing them under the moonlight, using smoke (like sage or palo santo), or setting intentions with sound or selenite.
Some crystals can be cleansed with water, but not all! Avoid using water on soft or porous crystals like Selenite, Malachite, Pyrite, or Celestite, as it can damage them. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to guide you.
Q: How do I know which crystal is right for me or my space?
Trust your intuition - the crystal you feel drawn to is usually the one you need. I also include brief descriptions to help guide your choice based on energy or intention.
Q: What’s the best way to display crystals at home for good energy?
Crystals love to be placed where they can be seen and appreciated, think bedside tables, bookshelves, or entryways. Choose spots that align with the intention you want to amplify (like calm in the bedroom or focus in your workspace).
