At Cactus Crystals & Co., each item is carefully selected and often one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

✧ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cactuscrystalsandco@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the damage

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right - either by sending a replacement or offering a refund/store credit, depending on the situation and item availability.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist.
